Analytics Workshop – TC Camp 2014

As Featured in TC Camp Gazette! How to use Analytics to Improve Your Content

If you publish HTML (in front of or behind a firewall), you need to attend this workshop! Techpubs authors are the customer’s advocate. So if your content is going to the web and is searchable in any way, shape, or form, this session will help you:

  • Verify that you’re authoring the right way for your customers. Don’t waste your time (or your readers’) by getting it right the first time.
  • Learn how to find out if your customers are searching for what you write.
  • Capitalize on the era of “Content Is King” for Techpubs content

Suggestions for Session Topics – 25 January 2014

Welcome!  To start a new discussion thread, such as on a new session topic, submit it with the NEW TOPIC button.  Then we can post it as the head of a new thread.  Please include a session title.   I would invite you to include a web link on your background (i.e. LinkedIn, your home page or a social network “about me” page), and any links on background reading, for people who want to understand more. on the subject.

If you add a web site, please use the direct URL instead of a short bit.ly or tiny url.  I just want to be explicit on where people go when they click.  It also makes more realistic search engine indexing.

If you’re using Chrome or Safari, you can see and use the plug-in below. If you’re using Firefox or IE, you will need to use the Google Groups interface.
